What is a "HOTlist"?

A HOTlist is the result of our search based on those features that you told us were important to you on your request form. HOTlists contain complete information such as address, square footage, nearby schools, inclusions, exclusions and much more. HOTlists will be sent to you at the time you designate, within 8 business hours, then every time a new property becomes available that matches your preferences.

Your HOTlist will never be peppered with homes that "almost match", or personal listings that the agent may have a special interest in moving. You only get what you ask for.

Better yet, the HOTlist only contains homes that are listed for sale. Under contract, recently sold or other unavailable type properties are never included.
